Tushar Shah is President & Owner of Laurel Lodging. His path runs from night auditor and revenue roles through general management and regional leadership — including President & COO experience at a full-service investment and hotel management platform — before founding Laurel Lodging as an owner-operator firm in Mount Laurel.
The thesis is simple: operationally distressed hotels across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia can deliver lasting value when acquisitions, renovations, and day-to-day ops report to the same accountable desk.
